CSTO Secretary General to Hold Emergency Meeting on Situation on Armenian-Azerbaijani Border
Baku / 13.07.20 / Turan: In connection with the aggravation of the situation on the Armenian - Azerbaijani border, caused by the clashes in the Tovuz direction on July 12, the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas initiated the holding of emergency meeting of the CSTO Permanent Council on July 13 this year. This is stated in a message on the CSTO website.
Yesterday, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan informed Zas about the situation on the border, accusing Azerbaijan of violating the ceasefire.
Mnatsakanyan stated the inadmissibility of such actions in relation to the CSTO member country, the Foreign Ministry said. -02D-
