Baku/02.09.13/Turan : Today  the Regional Court  of Yaroslavl Region chaired by Yuri Zuyev has decided to extradite an employee of the Ministry of National Security of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR ), Ibrahim Musayev to Azerbaijan, according to  the  "Caucasian  Uzel."

Musayev stating that the government of Nakhchivan   are engaged in supplying weapons  to  the Kurdish terrorists in Turkey, is accused in  Azerbaijan of fraud,  said  the lawyer of Musayev.

Ibrahim Musayev said about the evidence available to him that Nakhchivan regularly sends to Turkey trucks with ammunition and arms for Kurdish terrorists and  about the murder of Turaj Zeynalov in the Ministry of national security of Nakhchivan, who was arrested  on suspicion of spying for Iran.

Relatives of a  31-year-old Turaj Zeynalov reported that he was arrested on 24 August 2011 on charges of treason,  and died four days later as a result of the torture suffered  in the Ministry of National Security of NAR.

The Ministry admitted the fact of Zeynalov’s death, but denied the torture. According to the medical report, Zeynalov died of "pulmonary arterial thrombus ," but later the Ministry of National Security  (MNS) of Nakhchivan told media stating that Zeynalov died of cancer.

According  to Musayev, in the MNS of  Nakhchivan  he was ordered to compromise Zeynalov’s wife, which he did by joining her in a love affair. Thereafter, a young woman was forced by blackmail to say on camera that her husband had cancer and died from it. But some time later, the woman called  to the head of National Security Ministry, Veli Askerov, and said  that  the employee of the Ministry made her to say so, and now she will tell the truth  to  journalists and human rights defenders. Then Musayev, according to him, was ordered to kill the widow  of Zeynalov , but he refused and fled from Azerbaijan.

Previously he was ordered to discredit the family of the human rights defender Nasibov, because they also expose iniquity of the authorities of Nakhchivan. —06D--
