Delegation of the Iranian parliament arrived in Baku
Baku/16.02.21/Turan: on February 16, the Iranian parliamentary delegation headed by the chairman of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy Mujtaba Zonnur arrived in Baku, the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan said.
During the two-day visit, Zonnur will meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev, as well as in parliamentary committees of the Milli Mejlis.
On February 17, the Iranian delegation will meet with the head of the Supreme Mejlis of Nakhchivan Vasif Talibov. The topic of the talks was not reported. There is no doubt that the focus will be on the situation around Karabakh, Iran's participation in the restoration of the liberated regions and future transport communications in the region in the light of the restoration of the railway from Russia to Iran via Azerbaijan, and from Armenia to Iran via Nakhchivan. -02D-
