Events around Farukh showed that Armenians can lose Karabakh - Pashinyan
Baku/14.04.22/Turan: The international community calls on Armenia to show sobriety and abandon the demands for independence for Nagorno-Karabakh. Otherwise, Armenia will not receive international support, stated the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, speaking on April 14 in the country's parliament.
Thus, he repeated his statement, said the day before.
“The international community tells us: lower your bar a little on the status of Nagorno-Karabakh, and you will ensure greater international consolidation around Armenia and Karabakh. Otherwise, says the international community, we ask you not to count on us, not because we do not want to help you, but because we cannot help you.”
Responding to criticism about why he did not prevent or stop the war, Pashinyan said that it was impossible to stop or prevent the war without Shusha.
“If we go the other way, we will surrender Karabakh, the events around Farukh are an example of this, we will surrender in parts. Stop deceiving each other,” Pashinyan said.
“Karabakh people should not leave Karabakh, they should live there and have rights, freedoms and status in Karabakh,” he said. -02D-
