Expert on “Video Revelations” of NCDF Members
Baku / 18.05.20 / Turan: If videoconference frames with the participation of members of the National Council of Democratic Forces were not distributed by them, but as a result of external interference, this is cybercrime. This opinion was expressed in an interview with Turan by an expert in the field of media law Alesker Mammadli.
According to him, in this situation, the participants in the videoconference should conduct a technical check of their devices. It will identify through whose computer the intervention could have occurred, and then contact the law enforcement agencies.
Preliminary independent technical expertise is important so that law enforcement agencies do not blame the conference participants themselves for the “leak” of video materials, he noted.
Recall that in recent days, pro-government media have been distributing materials from the videoconference of NCDF participants, where negative assessments about a number of journalists, the media and opposition politicians are heard.
The publication of these cadres is in the nature of blackening and compromising the opposition, members of the NCDF consider. –06D-
