Baku/15.11.21/Turan: On the night of November 15 and early morning today, the Armenian side shelled the construction facilities and Kamaz trucks of the Azerbaijani armed forces which were engaged in the restoration of infrastructure on the border of Kalbajar and Gegharkunik.
According to the press service of the Defense Ministry, the fire came from the positions near Armenian village of Verin Shorja towards the Azerbaijani villages of Zeylik and Yellij in Qalbajar region.
The enemy used sniper rifles, grenade launchers and other weapons.
No casualties among the personnel are reported. The Azerbaijani side responded to the attack. The Azerbaijani armed forces control the operational situation. -02D-

The fourth meeting of the European Political Community will bring together leaders from across the continent on July 18 at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. The leaders will discuss further support for Ukraine, as well as shared challenges such of energy and connectivity, security and democracy, and migration.

On July 17-18, Baku will host the first Congress of the leaders of 15 political parties and Movements for the independence of Corsica, Melanesia, Polynesia, the Caribbean and Antilles group. The event was organized by the People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe with the support of the Baku Initiative Group.

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of a legal entity under public law, the Republican Blood Bank. According to the document, a legal entity of public law, the Republican Blood Bank, is being established under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health.

By the order of the head of state, Eyvaz Gurbanov was dismissed from the post of head of the Oguz region of Azerbaijan. By another order, Javid AbdulGadirov was appointed in his place.
