Foreign Minister receives OSCE special envoy for the South Caucasus
On Thursday Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received the Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman for the South Caucasus Gunther Bachler and his entourage. The meeting discussed a range of issues related to the Karabakh conflict settlement and relations between Azerbaijan and the OSCE, the MFA press service. Mamedyarov accused the Armenian side of the artificial delay of settlement of the Karabakh conflict, and exaggerating the importance of technical issues, such as the investigation of incidents on the front. Mammadyarov also called for active participation of all the member states of the OSCE Minsk Group in the settlement. In reply, Buhler said that peace and stability in the region is one of the priorities of Germany, which is chairing the OSCE. -02D-
