Baku/24.07.21/Turan: The former head of the Sabail district military commissariat under the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription (SSMC), Col. Vusal Babayev has been brought to trial by the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan due to bribe charge. A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him.
This information was confirmed by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
In turn, the SSMC reported that Babayev was dismissed from his post due to the revealed shortcomings in his work following the results of internal audit of the department.
To give a legal appraisal to Babayev's actions, the verification materials have been sent to the Military Prosecutor's Office.- 06B-
