Head of the State Service for Phytosanitary Control
Baku / 20.06.19 / Turan: Jamal Guliyev was dismissed from the post of the Head of the State Service for Phytosanitary Control, according to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, in whose structure the specified service is located. Aladdin Eyvazov was appointed instead of Guliyev.
Guliyev's displacement followed a series of mass poisonings of workers in cotton fields.
In recent days, the facts of mass poisoning of workers from chemicals in the fields were recorded in Saatli, Terter and Imishli districts, and up to 180 people applied for medical assistance. 12 of them are still in the hospital of Imishli region. -06D-
