Hungary intends to connect to the SGC
Baku/10.03.21/Turan: Hungary plans to become a participant in the Southern Gas Corridor project and purchase a large amount of gas from Azerbaijan, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siyarto stated this at a briefing in Baku.
According to him, at the end of 2021 Hungary will connect to the Southern Gas Corridor through Serbia.
“It is important for us to receive gas via this pipeline from Azerbaijan. We have begun negotiations with SOCAR on the construction of a pipeline string,” Siyarto said. -02D-
