Huseynbal Miralamov expelled from the ruling party because of the "video scandal"
Baku/23.04.21/Turan: Chairman of the Khatai regional organization of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Huseynbala Miralamov was removed from the Council of Elders and expelled from the party.
The decision was made today by the Board of the YAP, the party said.
At the same time, the party has not yet provided comments on the reasons for Miralamov's punishment.
However, this decision was made against the background of a "video scandal" with the participation of Miralamov.
Two days ago, a video was published on social networks in which Miralamov, during an online conference in his office, showed harassment against an employee.
Miralamov was a member of the Azerbaijani parliament of three convocations (2005-2020), and headed a gas processing plant. He is also known as the author of works of art on morality and ethics, as well as books about Heydar and Ilham Aliyev. –06D-
