Ilham Aliyev approved an agreement between the Ministries of Defense of Azerbaijan and Belarus
Baku/15.07.21/Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a law approving an agreement "On the mutual transfer of confidential information in the implementation of bilateral cooperation between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus." The agreement was signed between the military departments of the two countries on May 18, 2021 in Baku. Subsequently, the Milli Majlis ratified it. –06D-

On Tuesday, trade union activist Afiyaddin Mammadov testified at the Baku Serious Crimes Court and linked his arrest to trade union activities. Mammadov recalled that after a protest by food delivery couriers in front of the Baku Police Headquarters on August 1, 2023, three trade union activists were arrested. So, on August 4, Elvin Mustafayev was arrested, and on the 11th, Ayhan Israfilov. Mammadov himself was also subjected to administrative arrest in August.
