Baku/12/26/12/Turan: On December 26, head of state Ilham Aliyev arrived in St. Petersburg to participate in the CIS summit, according to a statement on the President's website.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also arrived at the summit. Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia said that no Putin-Aliyev-Pashinyan trilateral meeting is planned. -02D-
