On 3 September President Ilham Aliyev is visiting the Southern region of the country. The head of state arrived in Masalli city, where he attended the opening ceremony of the Square of the flag state and the museum attributes, ASAN service complex, where citizens will be provided 32 kinds of services to 10 government agencies. On February 13, the Appeal Court did not satisfy the defense's appeal against the decision of the Khatai Court regarding the arrest of journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi. According to the lawyer, the journalist herself did not participate in the trial due to poor health. The defense intends to submit a petition to replace the arrest with house arrest.
