Ilham Aliyev received State Minister of German Foreign Ministry
Baku/11.07.23/Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the State Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany Tobias Lindner today.
During the meeting, the growing dynamics in bilateral relations were noted, and Aliyev's visit to Germany in March this year opened a "new page" in the development of these ties, the website of the head of state reports.
During the conversation the parties discussed the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and the efforts being made by Baku towards achieving peace. The sides also exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in the energy sector in line with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Azerbaijan and the European Union. -06B-

Armenia has become the largest buyer of Indian arms. According to the Indian information resource IADN, the total volume of Armenia's arms purchases from India in the 2024-2025 fiscal year has reached $600 million, Armenian media reported.
