Baku / 09.12.20 / Turan: On December 9, the head of state Ilham Aliyev received an Italian delegation headed by the Italian Foreign Ministry Secretary of State, co-chairman of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Italy, Manlio Di Stefano.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of developing bilateral economic ties, joint projects and the possibility of participation of Italian companies in the restoration of infrastructure in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. -02D-

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times. According to relatives, the police conducted a search of her apartment.
