Ilham Aliyev: Those Who Lost Property in Diglas Shopping Center Will Receive Compensation
Baku / 28.03.19 / Turan: On Thursday, President Ilham Aliyev held a meeting in connection with a fire on March 26 at the Diglas shopping center in the Nizami district of the capital.
Aliyev noted that as a result of the fire, numerous entrepreneurs suffered serious losses and lost property.
The head of state instructed the Minister of Economic Development to meet with all the victims and listen to their problems. The Ministry of Finance was instructed to promptly allocate funds and hand them over to the victims.
Aliyev also said that a commission would be set up to investigate the causes of the fire.
Next, Emergencies Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov, Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev, Chief Executive of Nizami District Arif Gasimov made speeches.
In conclusion, Ilham Aliyev instructed to conduct a serious inspection in the entire shopping centers of the capital and strengthen fire safety measures. -02D-
