Iran is conducting exercises in the Caspian Sea
Baku/08.07.22/Turan: Deputy Commander of the Iranian Naval Forces Admiral Hamza Ali Kaviani said that on Friday, the Iranian Naval Forces began an annual exercise code-named "Sustainable Security" in the Caspian Sea.
According to the "Mehr" news agency, various surface and airborne units are involved in the exercise, including destroyers, helicopters, drones, electronic warfare equipment, as well as units of the marine corps, the admiral said.
The two-day exercise is being conducted to test the readiness of personnel and equipment, he added. --02D--
