Iranian parliament speaker is going to Baku
Baku/11.01.23/Turan: On Tuesady, speaker of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf announced his upcoming visit to Baku, the IRNA news agency reported.
Commenting on the results of his visit to Turkey to participate in the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, Ghalibaf said: “Recently, there have been some misunderstandings with the Republic of Azerbaijan, and these issues have already been resolved. I will go to Baku soon and it was decided that such meetings will be continued.”
Referring to bilateral and trilateral meetings with the speakers of the parliaments of Azerbaijan and Turkey, he said that they discussed issues on the transit of goods and energy resources. Negotiations were held on the creation of transport corridors "North-South" and "East-West".
"We have agreed to hold trilateral meetings at the level of ministers of foreign affairs, defense and high-ranking officials," he concluded. --0--
