Is Baku Leaving Negotiation Process?
Baku / 21.07.20 / Turan: Azerbaijan will not participate in imitation negotiations on the Karabakh conflict, Hikmet Hajiyev, the head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said at a press conference on Tuesday.
He called for the convening of a meeting with the participation of all 11 member states of the OSCE Minsk Group.
The negotiations should be substantive, within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group mandate. The basis of the negotiations is the Helsinki Final Act and the well-known UN Security Council resolutions. -02D-
