Israeli Embassy action demanding release of hostages held by Hamas
The Israeli Embassy in Azerbaijan held an action calling for the release of hostages held by Hamas terrorists. Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek wrote about this on his Twitter page on November 14.
The action was attended by deputies of the Milli Majlis and Ambassadors of countries whose citizens are among the hostages. "Deputies and Ambassadors joined the launch of balloons into the sky from the roof of the Embassy in Baku with a symbolic call for the immediate release of 240 hostages, including 33 children, including a baby who was born already in captivity. Hamas has been holding them in Gaza for almost 40 days. We want the families to know that they are not alone," the Ambassador wrote.
