Блажен, кто верует, тепло ему на свете! - говорил герой пьесы Грибоедова "Горе от ума". А сколько телячьего восторга было в связи с подписанием последним армянским паханом нагорной части Карабаха Шахраманяном указа о роспуске этого сепаратистского нарыва. Он подписал то что от него потребовали, слинял, и заявил что этот указ был незаконным. Неужели те кто делает нашу внешнюю политику не поняли до сих пор что любые соглашения с Соседистаном не стоят бумаги на которой они подписаны?
