Joint training exercises of Azerbaijani and Turkish servicemen started in Baku
Baku/02.09.21/Turan: The Azerbaijani-Turkish military exercises have started today. They are conducted in accordance with the agreement on cooperation in the military sphere concluded between the two states.
The main objective of the exercises held with the participation of Azerbaijani and Turkish servicemen is to improve interoperability of the units of the two countries’ armies during combat operations, to develop the military decision-making skills among the commanders and their ability to control units. During the exercises tasks on conducting underwater attack and underwater defense operations will also be accomplished.
The bilateral joint training exercises will last until September 12. --06D-
