Kazakhstan is ready to offer a platform for peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated today at the informal summit of the heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Shusha. The Head of Kazakhstan expressed hope for the establishment of lasting peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
