Khazar Ibrahim Appointed Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkey
Baku / 05.10.17 / Turan: By order of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Khazar Ibrahim has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Turkey.
39-year-old Ibrahim is a career diplomat. Prior to this appointment, he headed the permanent mission of Azerbaijan to NATO. Earlier, Ibrahim worked at the Azerbaijani Embassy in the US and was the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. -06D--
