Lawsuit against two Armenian mercenaries from France and Georgia
Baku/09.10.20/Turan: The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan has filed a lawsuit against two ethnic Armenians - Artur Oganisyan (French citizen) and Vahagn Chalakhyan (Georgian citizen). They are charged under Articles 100.2 (waging an aggressive war), 29, 120.2.2.1 (preparation of an attempted murder by a criminal group), 29, 120.2.4, the creation of illegal armed groups, etc.
Requests for legal assistance have been sent to the state bodies of the states of which they are citizens.
These persons are accused of participating in illegal armed groups on the territory of Azerbaijan as mercenaries and committing terrorist acts and other war crimes against peaceful citizens of Azerbaijan. -02D-
