The 28th meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (OBSEC) will take place on June 21 in Odessa. Azerbaijan will be represented at the meeting by the Deputy Foreign Minister, Mahmud Mamedguliyev, according to the press service of the Foreign Ministry.
