Media Development Agency Endowed with Punitive Functions
Baku/12.01.21/Turan: The newly created Media Development Agency is endowed with punitive functions. So, according to the charter of the structure, in cases of revealing signs of an administrative offense in print and online media, the Agency will have the authority to take measures in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses. If the Agency finds signs of a criminal act, it will apply to the appropriate authorities. –06D-
