Baku/30.06.20/Turan: Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia - Elmar Mamelyarov and Zohrab Mnatsakayan today met in a video conference format with the mediation and participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
During the one-hour video conference, the parties discussed the current state of the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
Mammadyarov raised the issue of illegal activities by Armenia in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, including the change of infrastructure.
The co-chairs noted the recent increase in aggressive rhetoric. In this regard, the Azerbaijani minister noted that this rhetoric is fueled by the provocative actions of Armenia.
The parties agreed to hold another videoconference of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia next month with the mediation and participation of the Minsk Group co-chairs. —0-
