Baku / 30.10.20 / Turan: A meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijan's Jeyhun Bayramov began in Geneva on Friday afternoon.
Initially, the mediators held separate meetings with each of the ministers, and then a general meeting began.
Mnatsakanyan is expected to be offered the fulfillment of Azerbaijan's demands for the release of Lachin, Kalbajar and Aghdam in exchange for a cessation of hostilities; although it is hard to believe that, he will agree to this.
Earlier, the head of state Ilham Aliyev also expressed pessimism about the results of this meeting. -02B-
