Mikail Jabbarov has never worked in the field of education. He got his master’s degree in the United States, and then was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development.
Over the past few years, he headed the Reserve "Icheri Sheher."
Last year his name was mentioned in the Turkish press because of the scandal on the plane, where Jabbarov allegedly insulted and threatened the flight-attendant. However, the story was not continued. -02D-
