Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Accompanies Humanitarian Convoy from Russia to Shusha, Khankendi
Baku / 23.11.20 / Turan: The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan accompanied a humanitarian convoy from Russia to the Nagorno-Karabakh region. The cargo with building materials is intended for restoration work in Shusha and Khankendi.
On November 22, from the Samur (Dagestan) border point, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations organized a road escort of a humanitarian aid caravan, consisting of 27 trucks, sent by the Russian Emergencies Ministry to the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
Part of the humanitarian aid, consisting of construction materials, is planned to be delivered to the city of Shusha, and the other to Khankendi, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan said.
It should be noted that until now humanitarian and military cargoes from the Russian Federation were sent to Karabakh through Armenia.
