New Head of Presidential Administration Department
Baku / 17.01.18 / Turan: By order of the head of state Etibar Najafov has been appointed head of the department on interethnic relations, multiculturalism and religious issues.
The website of the head of state says that Etibar Najafov (1963) graduated from the Philosophy Faculty of the Leningrad State University.
Since 1989, he taught at the Baku Slavic University and the State Academy of Management. He holds a doctorate in science. -02D-
