Baku / 26.04.17 / Turan: By order of Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov, Ilgar Abbasov has been appointed Prosecutor of the city of Baku. Today he was presented to the staff of the capital's prosecutor's office, Turan was told by a source in this department.
Prior to this appointment, Abbasov served as deputy head of the main anti-corruption department under the Prosecutor General.
At the post of Prosecutor of Baku Abbasov was replaced by Aziz Seyidov, who on the eve of the President's nomination was appointed by the parliament as a judge of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan. -16D06--
