Note of Protest to the French ambassador
Baku/19.09.22/Turan: On September 19, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zakariy Gross was summoned to the Foreign Ministry, where he was given a note of protest in connection with the attack by a group of Armenian radicals on the Azerbaijani embassy in Paris.
Deputy Minister Khalaf Khalafov told the ambassador about the damage to the embassy as a result of the attack, the threat to the lives of its employees.
"Khalafov expressed strong protest against the creation of conditions for such actions of radical Armenian groups and the failure to take timely measures against this."
He called on the French authorities to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the incident, bring the guilty to criminal responsibility and compensate for the damage.
In turn, the French Ambassador expressed regret over the incident and assured that a legal assessment would be given to this event. --03D--
