Over the past 23 years, the Constitution has undergone changes and additions to referendums three times - on August 24, 2002, March 18, 2009, and September 26, 2016. Until 2009, November 12 was celebrated as a public holiday. However, later this day remained festive, but ceased to be a holiday. -06D--
