Novruz Mammadov diagnoses Sargsyan
«After two meetings in the last month, with Sargsyan, I came to the conclusion that his mental condition is very bad."
Such a revelation on his Twitter page made the head of foreign relations department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Novruz Mammadov, after yesterday's meeting of the Secretary of State John Kerry with the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The International Committee of Concerned Scholars (ICS) has appealed to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, requesting his assistance in securing the release of the arrested researcher, Igbal Abilov.
