This statistics was noted in the statement released on September 27 in the speech of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov at the Fourth meeting of the heads of the diplomatic service of Azerbaijan. On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years.
