Official Baku Does Not Comment on Missile Launches from Caspian Adjacent to Its Borders video (UPDATED)

The Presidential Administration, the Foreign Ministry, the Defense Ministry and the Border Service of Azerbaijan do not comment on today's launch of 26 medium-range missiles by the Russian Navy towards Syria from the Caspian Sea.

In the Presidential Administration and the Ministry of Defense, Turan was told that they had no comments yet and promised to contact if such comments became available. Turan’s efforts to contact the press services of the Foreign Ministry and the State Border Service failed.

It should be noted that the launch of medium-range missiles (1,500 kilometers) could be produced from the Russian or Azerbaijani sectors of the Caspian Sea. In the first case, the rockets had to fly through the airspace of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Turkey. In the second case, they had to cross the airspace of Iran, Iraq and Syria.
