"Parliament" of Karabakh called territories under the control of Azerbaijan "occupied"
Baku/01.03.21/Turan: On March 1, the "Parliament” of Nagorno-Karabakh adopted a statement in which the territories under the control of Azerbaijan were declared "occupied". However, this statement does not indicate the names of these territories, RFE / RL reported.
The statement says, "The occupation of these territories cannot have any legal impact in the course of future negotiations to determine the status and borders of Nagorno-Karabakh." -02D-
