President appoints Special Representative for Aghdam
Baku/24.05.21/Turan: President Ilham Aliyev has appointed his special representative in the person of Emin Huseynov for the liberated part of the Aghdam district, including the city of Aghdam.
Emin Huseynov was born on November 12, 1974 in the village of Boladi, Lankaran district. In 1996, he graduated from the Commercial Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute with a degree in international economic relations. In 1998
He received a master's degree in economics from Florida State University in 1998, and a master's degree in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2009.
Prior to his current appointment, he was an assistant to First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva. Previously, he was Deputy Minister of Finance. -03-
