Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov resigned
Baku/28.01.14/Turan : Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov has resigned, the press service of the Cabinet.
"In order to create additional opportunities for socio-political compromise for the sake of a peaceful settlement of the conflict , I took a personal decision to request the President to accept my resignation from the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine," said Azarov in the statement published on the government website .
Note that today in Kiev an extraordinary session of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine is held, with the agenda including only one question - "settlement of the political crisis and measures to ensure stability in the country." -06D -
