Baku/18.08.23/Turan: On August 18, the first 23 families returned to the city of Fuzuli, liberated from the Armenian occupation during the Second Karabakh War.

According to the message of the State Committee for Refugees, these families lived in the town for refugees "Gobu Park 3". Lots were drawn among 144 families (509 people).

Of these families, 51 will receive 2-room apartments, 76 – three–room and 17 - four-room apartments.

Until now, these families have lived in Baku and in various villages of Absheron. Today, the total number of persons who have returned to the liberated territories is about 2,000 people (400 families). By the end of this year, the number of those who have returned to the liberated lands will be 10,000 people or about 2,000 families. -0-
