Russian-Turkish Monitoring Center will open on January 30
Moscow/29.01.21/Turan: The Russian-Turkish Center for monitoring the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh will start working in the Aghdam region on January 30, RIA Novosti, citing an informed source, reported on January 29..
The center will employ 60 Russian and 60 Turkish military. The monitoring will be carried out, including using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The decision to establish such a center was stipulated by a trilateral agreement between Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 10.
The purpose of this center is to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the trilateral agreement on the withdrawal of the Armenian armed forces from Karabakh and adjacent territories. -02D-
