Samad Seyidov is not happy with PACE actions
Samad Seyidov, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, is indignant with the PACE decision to include the issue on Ramil Safarov on the agenda. At today's session of PACE, he criticized PACE, according to Turan correspondent.
"You always call us to objectivity in the discussion of various issues. Why the Azerbaijani side has not been notified and has not received official notification that PACE is going to talk about Ramil Safarov.
We have repeatedly offered to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the frameworks of PACE. The issue of Safarov is directly connected to this conflict.
This morning I came to the meeting of the Bureau, but I was not given the opportunity to express my opinion. I know that I have no right to take part in the meeting of the Bureau, but I express my position. I want to call on you to be fair and balanced in the question of Safarov during future hearings," said Seyidov. -04С---

The head of state is a state manager hired for a certain period of time, not a "shadow of the Almighty". This was stated by Kazakhstani President Kasym Zhomart Tokayev in an interview with Ana Tili. He criticised his predecessor Nursultan Nazarbayev and actually accused him of provoking mass riots in the country in January 2020.
