Secretary of Iranian Security Council to visit Baku
Baku/13.07.22/Turan: Secretary of the National Security Council of Iran Ali Shamkhani will visit Azerbaijan on July 15, Tasnim news agency reported.
He is scheduled to hold meetings with President Ilham Aliyev and head of the Security Council Ramil Usubov.
Bilateral relations as well as regional and international processes are expected to be discussed.
Note that Shamkhani visited Yerevan last week as saying that Iran rejects "any actions leading to geopolitical changes in the region." -02D-

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
