Separatists Have New "Foreign Minister"
Baku / 05.01.21 / Turan: On January 4, the leader of the separatists of Karabakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, appointed a new "Minister of Foreign Affairs." Having dismissed Masis Mayilyan from this post, he appointed David Babayan (1973), who was Harutyunyan's adviser, to his place.
The new "minister" is known for his tough stance towards Azerbaijan. For several years he was the press secretary of the former leader of the Karabakh Armenian separatists Bako Sahakyan.
A year ago he founded the so-called “Conservative Party of Karabakh”. -02D-
