Sheykh opposes military operation in Syria
The Caucasian Muslims Department (CMD) issued a statement of protest against possible military operations in Syria.
The statement expressed concern that military operations may affect "the fate of all mankind." The defeat of shrines located in Syria, the mass killing of people is anti-human process. The CMD believes that "bringing democracy to a country on the bayonets is impossible. "
"Military intervention will not make people happier, as evidenced by the examples of Afghanistan and Iraq," the document says. The CMD offers to solve the problems in accordance with international law, and called on the U.S. Congress to say "no" to the military operation in Syria. -05D04-
