Special Police Groups in Fight for Morality
Baku / 09/02/19 / Turan: Baku police announced the creation of special groups that will fight on the streets for "public morality and against actions directed against the national mentality."
A comprehensive plan has been developed within the powers of the police, the implementation of which began on September 2, the Baku Police Department said.
Analysis of socially negative phenomena shows that in some nightclubs, bars, hotels and motels "immoral things happen."
To combat manifestations of immoral actions and behavior contrary to national and spiritual values, special groups have been created for measures against people of easy virtue in the city center - in the area of Fountain Square, on Nizami Street, at the intersection of Nizami and Samed Vurgun streets, the report said. -16D06-
