Baku /21.10.19 / Turan: The New York-based Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) expressed concern over the facts of detention of the rally participants on October 19, reads the CPJ statement.
"The Azerbaijani authorities should provide journalists with conditions for the safe coverage of demonstrations by journalists and refrain from using disproportionate force," the statement said. -16D-
